Professional Accomplishments

Linda & Mike are both full time Realtors since 1991 and have been licensed brokers since April 1996. Their production is consistently within the top 3% of CENTURY 21 agents internationally; and in the CENTURY 21 Masters Club for the past six years, achieving CENTURION® status in 1998, 1999, 2000. They maintain a high level of continuing education including the most recent CENTURY 21 VIP® Relocation and USAA Cendant Mobility training. Mike & Linda’s primary focus is residential sales and listings handling properties as high as $750,000 and commercial property up to $1,000,000 they also have marketed and sold upscale new construction home projects in excess of $4,000,000. They have had personal experience in corporate moves and been successful with many clients in helping make their relocation as stress free as possible. Mike & Linda are experienced real estate brokers that value their customers and believe in providing the best possible service from the start of the sales process through every detail until the successful closing. As part of their team approach to serving their customers, Mike is in charge of marketing efforts while Linda concentrates on administrative issues and project management. This results in an organized and aggressive approach to serving customer needs with many excellent quality service reports from their clients.

Personal Accomplishments

Mike & Linda have both graduated from college with a degree in business and minor in marketing. They both worked for AT&T for 20 years in various management positions and have extensive computer and software training. They have also owned and managed a construction company for 5 years and have extensive knowledge in construction and project management.

Mike is a pilot and a member of the Civil Air Patrol many years. He enjoys fishing, camping and the outdoors. Linda enjoys reading, quilting and craft activities when time permits. They love to ski and have made it a family activity over the years. Mike & Linda belong to a fraternal order volunteering time for many youth activities and also supporting housing for the aged.
